If there is an error with your order on arrival, or you are dissatisfied with the product in any way please contact us at info@balkanpantry.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. For replacing damaged goods or returns please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order.

If deemed necessary we will process a refund, exchange or replacement upon timely receipt of the goods purchased, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order.

Balkan Pantry is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.

Kindly note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
