Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@balkanpantry.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on unopened and unused tea within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@balkanpantry.com to initiate a return. For your protection, we recommend using registered mail with tracking for all returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Change of Mind

We want you to love your tea! However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
